Role Summary
We are looking for an accomplished Project Director to lead the end-to-end delivery of a landmark Grade A Commercial/IT Office Building in Hyderabad. The candidate must have a proven track record of successfully delivering high-rise commercial projects (120 metres) with composite steel structures from design coordination through project handover.
Key Responsibilities
Lead complete project execution planning scheduling cost management quality safety and timely project delivery. Manage and lead a multidisciplinary PMC team of 30 professionals.
Coordinate and drive all project stakeholders including the Client Consultants Tier-1 (Tier A) Contractors MEP Contractors Façade Contractors Landscape Contractors Vertical Transportation Vendors Traffic & Transportation Consultants ICT/ELV Vendors Utility Agencies Statutory Authorities and other specialist vendors.
Ensure seamless design coordination interface management risk mitigation value engineering contract administration and commercial control.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients through proactive communication timely reporting and effective decision-making.
Ensure compliance with statutory approvals contractual obligations quality standards HSE requirements and project governance.
Essential Requirements
Minimum 20 years of experience in delivering large-scale commercial/IT developments.
Mandatory experience in successfully delivering at least one Grade A Commercial/IT Office Building exceeding 120 metres in height with a composite steel structural system in a Project Director or equivalent leadership role.
Strong expertise in project execution planning Primavera P6/MS Project cost estimation budgeting contract administration commercial management risk management and quality assurance.
Proven experience in managing Tier-1 (Tier A) Contractors and coordinating multidisciplinary stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Demonstrated leadership of large project teams with 30 direct and indirect reports.
Excellent leadership stakeholder management negotiation communication and client relationship skills.
Working knowledge of BIM-enabled project delivery and digital construction management will be an added advantage.
