TheProject Coordinator II - IT Operations is responsibleforIT operations coordination and support services. Coordinating daily IT operationslogistics cadence and documentation to translate strategy into operations.

This positionreports to theSrMgrITGxPCompliance and Helpdeskandis part oftheir IT DepartmentlocatedinFargo NDand willbeanon-siterole.

In this role you will have the opportunity to:

• Ensure smooth day-to-day project delivery supporting hygiene and usage of project tools across teams.

• To energize teams through structure and rhythm settingdirectionto keep teams focused and prevent distraction.

• Generate and manage purchase orders (POs) and support IT finance workflows

• Act as the first point of contact for coordination betweenvendors and internal stakeholders.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Hands-on experience with project coordination and documentation(RAID log trackersminutes andretrospectives) for minimum 4 years

• Familiarity with IT finance processes including PO creation and tracking

• Facilitate meetings by prepping agendas slides trackers andlogistics
