About The Job:
- As a Project Coordinator you will support the Program Manager(s) on the Global Talent Acquisition Operations team by handling tasks that keep projects and programs running smoothly.
- What youll do: coordinate activities resources and information across cross-functional partners and stakeholders; maintain accurate documentation trackers and reporting for ongoing programs; act as a point of contact for status updates and follow-ups; support scheduling meeting logistics and process documentation; and assist with ad hoc administrative requests as priorities shift.
Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once. Proficiency in Excel is required.
