Technical Skills
- Capable of identifying and mitigating safety risks for all works.
- Capable of understanding and visualizing drawing.
- Review of Shuttering Scheme and Bar bending Schedule and advise corrections
- Resource and Job planning Capable of drawing out quarterly rolling plans
- Conversant to new technological advancements.
- Conversant with IS codes for site execution and measurements.
- Understanding of Quality management plans and Construction quality.
- Basic understanding and knowledge of structural erection works.

Job Specific Skills
For Pot room -
- Conversant in precast constructions
For Chimney and Alumina Silo-
- Awareness of slipform techniques and basic checks.
For TG
