We are seeking a passionate seasoned professional to join our mission-driven team in Noida as a Programme Coordinator (Manager Level).

• Drive Impact: Oversee and scale core impact missions ensuring seamless program implementation community outreach and measurable beneficiary outcomes.
• Financial & Donor Stewardship: Manage project budgets monitor financial utilization ensure CSR compliance and deliver high-quality donor reporting.
• Strategic Partnerships: Build and nurture strong relationships with funders institutional partners and educational institutions.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the program team with empathy operational rigor and a shared commitment to social good.

• Education: Masters degree in Social Work Development Studies Commerce/Economics Education Management or a related field.
• Experience: 7 years of hands-on experience in development sector project management or CSR initiatives.
• Track Record: Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary projects and lead diverse teams effectively.
• Skills: Excellent communication stakeholder management project monitoring and reporting capabilities.
