thematic domains (Maternal and Newborn Health Reproductive Health Nutrition Immunization
Comprehensive Primary Health Care Human Resources for Health TB and Infectious Diseases
Global Health Security Womens Cancers Non-Communicable Diseases Digital Health).
TheProgram Officer/ Sr Program Officer will be responsible for the design development testing deployment and
handholding support of the PCTS 2.0 application will work closely with State Government.
Responsibilities
- Developing backend modules for PCTS 2.0.
- Developing REST APIs and application services.
- Implementing business logic for beneficiary registration ANC HRP PNC child health immunization referrals and other assigned modules.
- Integrating backend services with web and mobile applications.
- Supporting integration with external systems through API-based mechanisms.
- Supporting database design stored procedures queries and data validation logic.
- Implementing role-based access authentication and authorization features.
- Supporting development of dashboards reports and data services.
- Fixing bugs and resolving technical issues.
- Supporting testing UAT deployment and production stabilization.
- Preparing technical documentation API documentation and code-level documentation.
- Performing any other backend development-related task assigned by Jhpiego/NHM Rajasthan.
Required Qualifications
- E./ IT/Computer Science or equivalent qualification from a recognized university/institution.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience /.NET Core application development.
Preferred Qualifications
Skills and Competencies
- NET/.NET Core application development.
- C# Core Web API and REST API development.
- SQL Server or equivalent relational database.
- Entity Framework or similar ORM tools.
- Backend business logic development.
- API integration with third-party systems.
- Authentication authorization and role-based access implementation.
- Secure coding practices.
- Debugging troubleshooting and performance optimization.
- Source code management using Git or equivalent tools.
