Job Summary
We are looking for a professional articulate and highly presentable Program Advisor to support a premium Executive Education program in collaboration with IIT Bombay and Washington University (WashU).
The role will involve managing the participant journey and engaging with experienced working professionals senior executives and industry leaders. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills strong relationship-management abilities and a professional executive presence.
- Manage the end-to-end participant journey from onboarding to program completion.
- Act as the primary point of contact for executive learners.
- Provide guidance and advisory support on program-related queries.
- Build strong relationships with participants and ensure a high-quality learner experience.
- Understand participant requirements and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
- Handle participant concerns queries and escalations professionally.
- Coordinate with academic faculty operations admissions finance and internal teams.
- Support participants with documentation program processes and education-loan-related queries.
- Track participant engagement progress and key program milestones.
- Maintain accurate participant records trackers and documentation.
- Prepare regular reports and provide program updates to management.
- Proactively identify operational issues and drive timely resolution.
- 68 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in EdTech Executive Education Higher Education Education or Program Management.
- Experience in Program Operations Learner Success Student Success Admissions Counselling Relationship Management or Customer Success.
- Experience working with working professionals senior executives or premium learner segments will be preferred.
- Candidates from EdTech companies business schools MBA/Executive MBA programs executive education institutions or reputed education organizations are encouraged to apply.
