We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Production Supervisor in Tirumayam Tamil Nadu. Our client is a reputed organization in the Food & Beverage Manufacturing sector seeking skilled motivated professionals. If you meet the requirements below apply early as positions are limited.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities in the drinking water plant.
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Coordinate workforce allocation and shift activities.
- Maintain production records and operational reports.
- Identify and resolve process-related issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within plant operations.
Required Skills
- Production Supervision Ability to oversee day-to-day plant operations.
- Food Science Knowledge Understanding of food safety and quality principles.
- Quality Control Monitoring product standards and compliance.

Work Experience Requirements
