- Handle CNC Turning and VMC machining operations independently.
- Should be capable of writing CNC Turning & VMC programs independently.
- Manage production activities and manpower effectively during assigned shifts.
- Should be capable of handling shifts independently and ensuring smooth production.
- Monitor production targets quality and productivity.
- Troubleshoot machining-related issues and coordinate with maintenance/quality teams.
- Hands-on experience in machining is mandatory.
