Job Summary
Machine Operation: Operate and monitor sterile packing machines includinglabeling sealing visual inspection and secondary packaging of injectable products.
Setup & Changeover: Performequipment setup changeover and basic troubleshooting ensuring smooth and efficient packing operations.
In-Process Checks: Conductvisual inspection leak test label verification and pack integrity checks to ensure product quality.
GMP Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate packing records logbooks and cleaning records followingSOPs and data integrity principles.
Cleaning & Maintenance: Perform routinecleaning and basic preventive maintenance of packing equipment ensuring readiness for sterile operations.
Audit Readiness: Ensure compliance withUSFDA MHRA WHO and EU-GMP guidelines and support regulatory and internal audits.
Coordination: Collaborate with QA and Production teams to ensure timely and compliant batch packing.
