Key Responsibilities
- Supervise Production Activities: Oversee daily operations on the production floor ensuring that all processes are executed efficiently and safely. This includes managing assembly machining or fabrication processes.
- Manage Production Teams: Lead and motivate production staff assigning tasks based on skills and availability and ensuring that team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Ensure Quality Control: Monitor production processes to maintain high-quality standards conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Plan and Organize Production Schedules: Develop and manage production schedules to meet deadlines ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to achieve production targets.
- Implement Safety Protocols: Enforce safety regulations and procedures to create a safe working environment conducting training sessions and ensuring compliance among all team members.
- Troubleshoot Production Issues: Identify and resolve production-related problems analyzing data and performance metrics to implement improvements and enhance efficiency.
- Maintain Production Records: Keep accurate records of production outcomes resource usage and compliance with safety standards providing regular reports to upper management.
- Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with Supply chain engineering quality control and maintenance teams to address production challenges and implement process improvements.

- Education and Experience
- Bachelors degree/Diploma in engineering Stream. Mechanical /Electrical along with relevant certifications and 6-8 years practical experience preferably in medical device/Equipment manufacturing Industry.
