Production Incharge

The Production Incharge will oversee daily production operations ensure achievement of production targets manage shop floor manpower coordinate quality and maintenance activities and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.

• Plan organize and monitor daily production activities.
  
• Ensure smooth workflow from raw material receipt to finished goods dispatch.
  
• Achieve daily and monthly production targets.
  
• Monitor productivity and minimize downtime.
  
• Manage supervisors operators and helpers effectively.
  
• Allocate shifts and maintain shop floor discipline.
  
• Train and develop production team members.
  
• Coordinate with QA/QC teams to reduce defects and improve quality.
  
• Implement CAPA for recurring production issues.
  
• Drive Lean Manufacturing 5S and Kaizen initiatives.
  
• Reduce rejection rework and material wastage.
  
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for machine breakdowns and preventive maintenance activities.
  
• Ensure adherence to safety and operational standards.

• 310 years of experience in manufacturing or production environments.
  
• Experience handling production teams and achieving production targets.
  
• Exposure to quality systems and maintenance coordination.
  

• Diploma / BE / in Mechanical Production Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
  
• Equivalent manufacturing experience may also be considered.
