Production Incharge oversees the daily manufacturing operations on the shop floor ensuring products are made efficiently safely and within budget. They manage production schedules supervise staff ensure adherence to quality control standards and troubleshoot operational bottlenecks to meet company output Roles and ResponsibilitiesProduction Planning: Execute and organize production schedules to fulfill customer orders on Supervision: Assign daily tasks monitor personnel performance and manage shift Assurance: Ensure all manufactured goods meet established quality standards and regulatory Management: Monitor raw material inventory to prevent wastage and coordinate with the purchasing Maintenance: Organize routine machine check-ups and repairs to minimize production & Safety: Enforce safety protocols (e.g. 6S or Lean manufacturing practices) across the shop floor to prevent workplace : Track performance metrics (KPIs) and report on productivity scrap rates and efficiency to plant Qualifications & RequirementsEducation: Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering Manufacturing or Business : 3 to 5 years of supervisory or managerial experience in a manufacturing or production : Strong leadership decision-making and problem-solving capabilities alongside familiarity with production software and ERP : Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certifications are highly desirable.
