Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day production activities as per the production plan.
- Ensure production targets are achieved on time with required quality standards.
- Manage manpower and allocate work across production lines.
- Monitor raw materials production processes and finished products.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs GMP hygiene and food safety standards.
- Monitor production wastage yield and process losses.
- Maintain production records reports and shift-wise data.
- Coordinate with Quality Maintenance Stores and Dispatch teams.
- Identify production issues and take corrective action.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower machines and materials.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the production area.
- Support implementation of process improvements and productivity initiatives.
Requirements
Candidate Profile
- Qualification: Diploma / / . in Food Technology Dairy Technology Production or related field.
- Experience: 25 years in food manufacturing / bakery / FMCG production.
- Good knowledge of production processes and food manufacturing practices.
- Good manpower handling and team coordination skills.
- Ability to work in shifts.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
Preferred Experience
Candidates from Bakery Cakes Bread Snacks QSR FMCG or other food manufacturing industries will be preferred.
