Product ( UX ) Designer

ProductUX Designer Hyderabad or Pune Hybrid

We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our Productteam and drive the creation of intuitive scalable user experiences across ourproduct ecosystem. This role will focus on designing modern UX using Lovablewhile partnering closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams totranslate requirements into impactful experiences.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environmentbrings strong product thinking and can move quickly from concept to will play a key role in standardizing UX through reusable templates anddesign systems while also helping shape AI-powered user experiences across theplatform.

In this role you will

Design end-to-end user experiences using Lovable including wireframes flows and high-fidelity prototypes
Translate product requirements into intuitive user-centric UX solutions with clarity and speed
Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to ensure requirements are captured refined and implemented accurately
Collaborate with other designers to standardize templates and components across the platform
Contribute to and evolve a centralized design system to enable scalable and reusable UX
Rapidly iterate on designs based on feedback usability insights and product priorities
Balance multiple workstreams and deliver high-quality designs with quick turnaround times
Design and integrate AI-powered experiences (e.g. conversational interfaces recommendations automation) into product workflows
Leverage user behavior data and analytics to inform design decisions and continuously improve experiences
Stay current with UX AI and industry trends ensuring our products remain modern and competitive

You have what it takes if you have

25 years of experience in UX/Product Design or a related role
Strong experience designing web-based or SaaS products
Hands-on experience with modern UX tools (Lovable preferred or similar tools)
Proven ability to translate requirements into scalable UX solutions
Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams in an agile environment
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles usability and accessibility
Experience or exposure to designing AI-driven experiences (e.g. NLP ML-driven features or AI-assisted workflows)
Ability to work in ambiguity and deliver effectively in a fast-paced iterative environment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams

Prior exposure to AI-driven or enterprise platform products
Experience standardizing UX across multiple products or modules
Passion for improving design processes and driving UX consistency at scale
