*Assist in preparing product requirement documents (PRDs) user stories and flowcharts
*Conduct competitor and market research
*Support in sprint planning and QA coordination
*Help document platform behavior and test cases
*Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track execution

*Strong written and verbal communication
