Job responsibility	Lead team of Product Managers to drive business for Cloud Communication portfolio Responsible for Revenue & Profitability of Business Launch of New Cloud based service portfolio - CCaaS CPaaS Omni channel Work with Platform Partners or alliance to launch new services and ensure best SLA for customer Design Campaigns along with Marketing to generate business for new product
Span of control:	All India CPaaS Business
No. of reports (direct & indirect)- if any	4-5
Key Customer	Internal Team : PM Network IT and CRA External : Platform Partners OEMs CP Customers


	Necessary	Preferred
Skills	Strategic Leadership Experience in Cloud Communication services Excellent communication & negotiation Skill	Candidates with CPaaS Product companies Relevant experience in product life cycle management Knowledge of new emerging technology
