Procurement Manager EPC Project & Industrial

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Officer to manage end-to-end procurement for EPC and environmental projects including WTP ETP STP and ZLD projects.

• Manage procurement planning sourcing and purchase activities.

• Identify and develop vendors OEMs and suppliers.

• Handle RFQs quotation comparisons and commercial negotiations.

• Prepare and manage Purchase Orders and ensure timely delivery.

• Monitor project procurement budgets and control costs.

• Coordinate with Project Engineering Finance Stores and Logistics teams.

• Manage material reconciliation inventory and leftover materials.

• Handle AMC and maintenance-related procurement.

• Maintain procurement records and ERP documentation.

• 3-8 years of experience in Procurement/Purchase preferably in EPC Water Treatment Construction or Industrial Projects.

• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.

• Experience in procurement of Mechanical Electrical Civil Piping Instrumentation and Project Materials.

• Knowledge of ERP MS Excel and procurement systems.

• Good communication coordination and analytical skills.
