Responsibilities

Job Title: CHESI (Team Lead)

Work Location: Bengaluru

Previous experience: 5 Years

Job Overview:

The primary responsibility of this position involves driving performance through effective people management KPI tracking coaching and ensuring process adherence. The Team Leader will be responsible for enhancing team productivity maintaining high-quality sales interactions and ensuring seamless execution of the sales strategy

Roles And Responsibilities:

Mentor underperforming agents providing action plans and tracking their progress.

Encourage a culture of continuous learning by facilitating knowledge-sharing sessions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Quality Training to ensure process improvements.

Work closely with field representatives/Branches to ensure a smoother lead conversion process.

Maintain compliance with company policies sales protocols and CRM usage guidelines (Salesforce).

Support the hiring and onboarding process for new agents ensuring smooth integration into the team.

Track team performance through dashboards reports and CRM data analysis.

Ensure accurate opportunity tracking in Salesforce reducing ambiguity in revenue tracking.

Provide weekly and monthly reports to management on key sales metrics and improvement plans.

Identify trends in sales performance and recommend process enhancements.

Monitor attendance and proactively address ad hoc absenteeism issues.

Implement mitigation strategies for unplanned leaves to ensure minimal business impact.

Work closely with HR to manage performance improvement plans (PIPs) when required.



Qualifications

Skills Required

Strong understanding of inside sales and B2B account management Ability to analyze sales pipelines and revenue impact.

Knowledge of customer engagement strategies and objection handling.

Experience in managing and coaching a team to drive performance. Strong communication and motivational skills to keep the team engaged.

Ability to handle conflicts provide constructive feedback and ensure team alignment

Strong analytical skills with experience in sales reporting and data interpretation.

Proficiency in Salesforce (or similar CRMs) for tracking opportunities and sales performance.

Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

Strong presentation and reporting skills to articulate team performance and action plans

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Solution-oriented mindset to tackle sales challenges and process inefficiencies

Quick decision-making skills to resolve escalations and customer concerns.
