We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are currently hiring for the position of Process Engineering Engineer located in Coimbatore Tamil Nadu. The organization operates in the manufacturing and engineering sector and is looking for skilled professionals to strengthen its process engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze engineering drawings and specifications to understand manufacturing requirements.
- Execute First Article Inspection (FAI) prove-outs and validate manufacturing feasibility.
- Develop and maintain process documents route cards and manufacturing instructions.
- Create and update M-BOMs in Oracle ERP based on engineering BOMs.
- Conduct tooling trials and recommend suitable cutting tools and consumables.
- Support production teams during new product introduction and FAI activities.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization to improve productivity and quality.
- Implement cost-effective manufacturing methods and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
- FAI Prove-Out Experience validating manufacturing readiness and process capability.
- Process Documentation Ability to prepare and revise manufacturing process sheets.
- M-BOM Management Hands-on experience creating and modifying M-BOMs.
- Oracle ERP Working knowledge of BOM and manufacturing modules.
- Manufacturing Process Optimization Capability to improve cycle time quality and cost.

Work Experience Requirements
Candidates should possess 36 years of experience in manufacturing or precision engineering industries. Experience in process engineering BOM management and production support is preferred. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Education
- Minimum: B.E./ Mechanical Engineering
- Preferred: M.E./ Manufacturing Engineering
- Additional: Lean Six Sigma Certification preferred
Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with AutoCAD Plant 3D and Navisworks. Proficiency in creating 3D models Piping Isometrics GA drawings and Piping -depth knowledge of Piping BOM MTO and Piping Material Specifications (PMS). Familiarity with piping support systems and basic understanding of stress analysis. Solid understanding of P&ID for boilers and power plants. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interactions. Strong leadership abilities to manage and guide a team towards successful project completion.
Required Education:
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) or Bachelors Degree in Engineering (BE) with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the design stream.
