Position: Process Coordinator
Experience Required: Minimum 2–4 years in Process Coordination / Operations Support
Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Process Coordinator to support and streamline key operational workflows across departments. The role involves coordinating processes ensuring compliance with SOPs monitoring performance metrics and enabling smooth functioning of day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor operational processes across multiple teams.
Ensure adherence to SOPs timelines and quality parameters.
Track workflow status escalate delays and follow up with stakeholders.
Assist in preparing MIS reports process improvement trackers and documentation.
Identify process gaps and support implementation of improvements.
Liaise with internal teams (operations sales credit business support) for timely issue resolution.
Maintain accurate records and update internal systems regularly.
Support audit and compliance requirements for process-related activities.
Preferred Skills & Competencies
Strong coordination and multitasking skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel PowerPoint Word)
Excellent communication & stakeholder management
Process-oriented mindset with attention to detail
Ability to work under deadlines
