Job Title: Process Coordinator
Job Summary: The Process Coordinator oversees and coordinates operational processes to improve efficiency quality and compliance. This role involves monitoring workflows identifying areas for improvement documenting procedures and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent execution of business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor daily operational processes.
Develop maintain and update process documentation policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare performance reports.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure process compliance and consistency.
Assist in implementing new systems tools and process improvements.
Conduct process audits and ensure adherence to company standards and regulations.
Support project management activities related to operational improvements.
Train employees on new or updated processes and procedures.
Resolve process-related issues and escalate concerns when necessary.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or a related field.
25 years of experience in operations process coordination or a similar role.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint); experience with ERP or workflow management systems is an advantage.
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen is preferred.
