What You Will Do *

• Strong knowledge about US Payroll. Good Payroll experience / familiarity with ADP Global View and ADP EV5 Payroll systems.
• Excellent understanding of Payroll data Payroll Processing Methodology system integrations and implementation best practices to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Interpret business requirements analyze complex issues and recommend effective scalable solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
• Prepare and maintain functional and technical specifications design documents and implementation artifacts.
• Work independently to resolve complex problems while providing technical guidance mentoring team members and leading projects or cross-functional initiatives.
• Provide post-implementation and production support to business units during project deployments and system enhancements.
• Support project implementation activities including go-live planning end-to-end (E2E) testing regression testing user acceptance testing (UAT) and disaster recovery planning.
• Partner with external vendors (e.g. ADP) to ensure successful project execution production readiness and ongoing operational support.
• Perform data analysis validation reporting and reconciliation to support business decision-making and operational accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Assist with automation and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and operational excellence.
• Act as the primary liaison between Payroll Operations Digital Technology (DT) and other cross-functional teams.

Experience/Qualifications:

• 7 years of USA Payroll operational experience on ADP Global View (mandatory) and Ev5 (optional but good to have) Payroll system.
• Familiar with USA Payroll key concepts of taxation garnishments 401K FSA FLSA claims/overpayments processing arrears processing W-2 and other statutory reporting.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and with other people.
• Strong Time management and self-motivation skills.
• Self starter adaptable detail oriented strategic thinker.
• Experience with large projects especially implementations.
• Worked within a project managed environment with structured meetings and deliverables.

Education:

• BS BA B Tech or BE Degree in a technical program required
• Advanced Degree is a plus.

management. Practical to substantial knowledge of RTX projects programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work.

Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience

Engineering/Other Technical Positions: Typically requires a degree in ScienceTechnology Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
