About the role
This is ahands-on strategic individual contributor role.
You willshape UX direction across multiple products while staying close to executiondefining how complex data-driven experiences come together across the platform and contributing directly to the most challenging design problems.
Whatyoulldo
Leadcross-product UX initiativesand define direction across solution spaces
Connect team-level work into a coherent end-to-end platform experience
Stay hands-oncontributing to flows concepts and interaction models
Ensure solutions scale across workflows products and journeys
Partner with senior Product and Engineering leaders on roadmap and priorities
Work closely with engineering to ensure solutions are practical buildable and delivered with high fidelity
Navigate ambiguous problem spaces and define clear design approaches
Mentor designers and raise the quality of work across teams
Whatwerelooking for
Deep experience designing complexB2B SaaS or platformproducts
Strong systems thinking across multi-product environments
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment
Hands-on designexpertisein complex domains
Experience withdata-heavy analytics or AI-adjacent systems
Experience designing for highly regulated environments
Strong communicationand storytelling skills
Ability tooperateindependently in ambiguity
ProficiencyinFigma and modern product design workflows
Expected tomaintainregular overlap with US and global teams (23 hours daily) with flexibility for key meetings
