Principal Product Manager Product & Engineering

What youll build

In this role youll define and drive thevision and strategy for Concur Compleat shaping how it evolves to meet complex customer needs and business objectives.

Youll lead the development of innovative solutions that addresslarge-scale high-impact challenges influencing both current capabilities and the long-term direction of the product.

Your work will directly impactcustomer outcomes product growth and strategic positioning helping establish a differentiated and scalable offering in a rapidly evolving market.

What youll do

• Define and own theproduct vision and multi-year strategyfor Concur Compleat
• Lead complex high-impact initiatives that spanmultiple teams and systems
• Solveambiguous and business-critical problems integrating customer needs technical constraints and company priorities
• Make decisions that shapefunctional direction investment priorities and product evolution
• Partner with senior stakeholders across engineering design product marketing and leadership toalign on strategy and execution
• Influence cross-team roadmaps to ensurecohesive and scalable solutions
• Build strong relationships with customers and partners representing the product externally when needed
• Leverage data market trends and competitive insights toguide strategic decisions and innovation
• Mentor and guide other product managers elevating product thinking and execution across the team

What you bring

• Extensive experience in product management owningcomplex product areas or platforms
• Proven ability to define and driveproduct strategy and long-term vision
• Strong track record of solvingcomplex ambiguous problems at scale
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment acrossmultiple teams and functions
• Deep understanding of how to balancecustomer value technical feasibility and business impact
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to represent product direction internally and externally
• An AI adoption mindset with the ability to accelerate product and platform roadmaps
• Strong understanding of context engineering AI output quality assurance and the day-to-day application of Agentic AI.
• Experience intravel TMC operations GDS systemsis a plus
