About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SAFe Agile Scrum Master to drive Agile execution and foster continuous improvement across teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating Agile and SAFe ceremonies coaching teams removing impediments and ensuring successful delivery of high-quality products.
What You Will Do
Facilitate Scrum and SAFe ceremonies including Sprint Planning Daily Stand-ups Sprint Reviews Retrospectives and PI Planning.
Coach and mentor teams on Agile Scrum and SAFe best practices.
Identify track and remove impediments that impact team delivery.
Measure team performance using Agile metrics such as Velocity Burndown and Predictability.
Support leadership in creating KPI dashboards and progress reports.
Collaborate with Product Owners stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
What You Need to Be Successful
10 years of overall experience with relevant experience as a Scrum Master.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) PSM or equivalent certification.
Hands-on experience working in a SAFe Agile environment.
Strong understanding of Scrum Agile Lean principles and Agile delivery practices.
Experience with Agile tools such as Jira Azure DevOps or similar platforms.
Excellent communication facilitation coaching and stakeholder management skills.
Bonus Points If You Have
SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM) or equivalent certification.
Experience managing multiple Agile teams or large-scale programs.
Experience in Automotive Embedded Systems or Product Development environments.
Strong understanding of Agile metrics and continuous improvement practices.
What Makes You Eligible
Scrum Master certification (CSM/PSM or equivalent).
Proven experience in Agile and SAFe methodologies.
Hands-on experience with Agile project management tools.
Strong problem-solving and team collaboration skills.
