Job Description:
RESPONSIBILITES
Define and lead cybersecurity architecture and technical strategy across product OT cloud and network environments.
Serve as the technical authority for OT and product cybersecurity guiding secure design and engineering decisions.
Drive security requirements into product development and deployment processes ensuring secure-by-design practices.
Lead vulnerability management strategy risk assessments and remediation prioritization for Fluence OS.
Design and oversee secure network segmentation access control and monitoring approaches for OT environments.
Translate cybersecurity standards (IEC 62443 NIST NERC CIP etc.) into practical engineering implementations.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to cybersecurity and engineering teams.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align cybersecurity priorities with product and business goals.
Evaluate and introduce new security technologies automation and practices to improve overall security posture.
Required Qualifications
10 years of experience in cybersecurity engineering with significant experience in product or OT/industrial cybersecurity environments.
Proven experience designing and leading cybersecurity architecture or large-scale security initiatives.
Strong expertise in network security OT security cloud security and secure infrastructure design.
Experience securing industrial control systems (ICS) or operational technology (OT) environments.
Deep understanding of vulnerability management threat modeling and risk-based security practices.
Hands-on experience with Linux-based systems and security tooling in complex production environments.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards such as IEC 62443 NIST CIS or NERC CIP.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional technical initiatives and influence engineering decisions.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts and risks to engineering leaders and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across teams.
