Preschool Teacher Toddler Program (Ages 1.5-3 years)

Role Overview

Dibber International Preschool is looking for an energetic agile and
nurturing Preschool Teacher to lead its Toddler Program for children
aged 1.5 to 3 years. The ideal candidate combines strong early-childhood
fundamentals with genuine warmth for very young children and is
comfortable balancing structure with the flexibility toddlers need.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement daily schedules that thoughtfully balance play
structured learning meals and rest for toddlers.
- Introduce foundational concepts shapes colors numbers and
letters through age-appropriate interactive methods such as
storytelling arts and crafts and educational games.
- Foster positive social skills early conflict-resolution habits and
self-esteem among children aged 2-3 years.
- Create a safe clean and stimulating classroom environment suited
to the developmental needs of toddlers.
- Maintain open consistent communication with families sharing
daily updates and participating in parent-teacher conferences.
- Observe and document each childs developmental progress and flag
concerns to the Program Coordinator as needed.
- Collaborate closely with co-teachers aides and the center
leadership team as part of a cohesive classroom unit.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; a background in Early Childhood Care &
Education (ECCE) is an added advantage.
- PPTTC (Pre-Primary Teachers Training Course) certification strongly
preferred.
- Prior experience teaching or assisting in a preschool especially in
a toddler or nursery classroom.
- Strong command over spoken and written English with the ability to
clearly articulate ideas to parents and colleagues.
- Energetic agile and physically comfortable keeping pace with
toddlers through the day.
- A collaborative team player who works well within a
shared-classroom multi-teacher setup.

Most Important Trait
A genuine demonstrable love for children aged 1.5 to 3 years
patience warmth and delight in this age group matter more than any
single qualification on paper.
