Product Presales Manager IT Infrastructure Managed Services
Location: Gurugram
Experience: 10 to 13Years
Notice Period: Immediate to 45 Days
Work Mode: 5 Days (WFO)
Role Summary
We are hiring a Product Presales Manager to drive solutioning and support sales for IT Infrastructure Managed Services. The role focuses on designing end-to-end infrastructure solutions and leading presales for enterprise and PSU clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & present IT infrastructure solutions (Data Center Cloud Networking Security)
- Gather requirements and provide technical consulting to clients
- Lead RFP/RFQ responses proposals BOM and SOW creation
- Work closely with sales & delivery teams for solutioning and costing
- Manage OEM relationships (Oracle HPE Dell IBM NetApp etc.)
- Drive large deal presales and support revenue growth
- Lead/mentor presales teams and handle customer engagements
Requirements
- Experience: 10 12 years in IT Infrastructure Presales
- Strong expertise in Server Storage HCI Private Cloud Backup/Recovery
- Experience with OEMs like Cisco Oracle HPE Dell IBM Nutanix NetApp
- Strong techno-commercial RFP and solutioning skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Willing to travel
