Job Description:
As a Pre-Sales Executive at Aertsen Living you will be the face of the company and the first point of contact for potential clients both at the front desk and over the this hybrid role you will warmly welcome visitors manage front-office operations and qualify incoming leads by sharing detailed information about premium interior offerings. Ultimately you will play a pivotal role in creating an exceptional first impression building trust and setting the stage for a seamless customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist visitors clients and employees in a warm professional and courteous manner ensuring an exceptional first impression.
Understand customer requirements and guide them through the initial consultation process before connecting them with the appropriate Sales Manager.
Proactively engage with prospective clients through outbound calls to qualify leads generated by the Marketing team.
Educate clients about Aertsen Livings offerings design process unique selling propositions (USPs) and brand legacy to build trust and confidence.
Gather detailed customer requirements related to home interior projects and accurately document all interactions requirements and feedback in the CRM.
Schedule Experience Centre visits coordinate appointments and conduct timely reminder and follow-up calls to maximize customer engagement and visit conversions.
Assign qualified leads to Sales Managers based on availability and predefined allocation guidelines.
Deliver a consistently high-quality customer experience across all touchpoints ensuring professionalism responsiveness and brand excellence.
Efficiently manage a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining accuracy empathy and service quality.
Maintain walk-in records appointment schedules lead status and customer communication logs.
Ensure the showroom is clean organized well-maintained and consistently reflects Aertsen Livings brand standards including displays sample materials and customer-facing spaces.
Coordinate with internal teams vendors and service providers to address showroom maintenance and administrative requirements.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth customer journeys and operational efficiency.
Meet individual performance targets while contributing to overall showroom footfall lead conversion and business objectives.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in customer service hospitality retail or showroom roles.
Strong communication and people-handling skills.
Good sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.
Basic Computer skills (Excel emails).
Customer-first attitude and willingness to learn.
