Job Summary
At least 5 years of experience leading and scaling Big Data practices.
Must have led large-scale initiatives in Databricks-heavy Data Engineering strategy platform modernization Data Lakehouse architecture and Data Mesh adoption.
- Ability to define and drive the strategic roadmap for talent acquisition staffing and L&D. Responsible for scaling the practice and optimizing resource utilization.
- A strong history of leading presales and solutioning for deals of all sizes with the executive presence to engage effectively with senior customers.
- Proven expertise in building IP/accelerators for modern Data & AI platforms including exposure to Gen AI.
- A strong orchestrator capable of seamless collaboration across different teams.
- Should have significant onsite experience and be ready for short-term global travel (US EU or APAC).
