Role Overview:

5-7 years of relevant experience in SAP.
Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify interpret validate and Document Customer Requirements
Map client business requirements processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients needs.

Design Customize Configure and Testing of PP-PI and QM. Identify gaps issues and work around solutions. Document Functional Designs Test Cases and Results Proactively identify and propose Business Process and/or System Enhancements
Design customize configure and testing of QM including Stability Study Process. Custom MIC Formula for auto calculation based on other MIC Values.
Configuration Production Planning specially with Process Manufacturing of introduction and changes to materials BOMs and Master Recipes Back Flushing MRP Demand Management and Shop Floor Process Material Specification Inspections Plans for Inspection Planning. Good at Batch Management functions like Batch Derivation & Batch Determination Batch Traceability etc. Exposure on PI-Sheets

Flexible Planning Sales and Operations planning Rough-Cut Capacity planning Material requirement planning scheduling manufacturing execution Long term planning and should be able to understand the concepts of simulation and day to day planning process.
Design and Implement Catalogues Inspection Characteristics LIMS Inspection Methods Sample Determination Sampling Methods QM-Specific Data in Material Master
Responsible for the system requirement study Solution Design System Configuration System Testing Data Conversion Documentation System Integration.

Work self-directed and independently with good handling of integration points with CO MM QM modules and experience in Data uploading tools like LSMW LTMC LTMOM Data Migration Cockpit. Mapping the Technical Structure of the company from SAP PP and QM angle. Experience in Variant configuration will be an added advantage
Cross-functional knowledge is desirable. Understanding of core processes in other PP & QM modules
Support Manufacturing and Quality Management Solution Architect to work closely with customer and Organizations sales and business development teams to assist in the translation of business requirements into a solution that takes advantage of the Manufacturing and Quality Management capabilities supporting the architecting of Manufacturing and Quality Management within the overall solution landscape.

Have strength and depth in delivery and configuration expertise in the overall possibilities for Manufacturing and Quality Management process flows.

SAP Implementation experience will have added advantage
SAP PP and QM - Should have good Integration knowledge with other modules like FICO WM MM PM SD etc
Should have strong knowledge in handling custom WRICEF objects in both PP and QM area

Should have good communication skill and able to convince customers on right points
Should be good in documentation; Need to be on-site
