Job Overview

We are looking for an experiencedPlanning Managerto lead the PPC function for a structural steel and heavy engineering fabrication facility. The role will focus on production planning material coordination capacity utilization scheduling and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and monitorproduction plans schedules and work orders.
• Track daily production andPlan vs. Actualperformance.
• Plan material requirements based onBOMs drawings and production schedules.
• Coordinate withProduction Procurement Stores Quality Design and Projectsteams.
• Manage manpower machine capacity WIP and resource allocation.
• Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate inspection dispatch and delivery schedules.
• PrepareDPR MIS and KPI reports.
• Drive improvements in planning accuracy productivity and operational efficiency.

Qualification & Experience

• B.E./in Mechanical Production Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 8-12 yearsof experience in PPC Production Planning or Manufacturing Planning.
• Experience instructural steel heavy engineering fabrication EPC pressure vessels tanks ducting or similar industriespreferred.
• Experience withERP/MRP systems and MS Excel.
• Strong knowledge of production scheduling capacity planning and material planning.
