Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement BI solutions including dashboards reports and data visualization tools.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends anomalies and opportunities for improvement.
- Optimize database queries and ETL processes for high performance and efficiency.
- Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing data validation and cleansing procedures.
- Stay updated with the latest BI technologies and best practices to enhance the organizations analytical capabilities.
Skills and Tools Required:
- Strong proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau Power BI or similar platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of SQL for database management and data manipulation.
- Experience with ETL tools and processes to extract transform and load data.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and architectures.
- Ability to work with large datasets and perform data modeling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
- Experience in the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies is preferred.
