We are looking for a Portfolio Manager to manage and deepen an existing Mortgage portfolio in the affordable housing segment. The role involves customer relationship management portfolio growth cross-selling and generating additional business through existing customers and market references.

• Manage and maintain the existing affordable mortgage customer portfolio.
• Build strong relationships with existing customers and understand their financial requirements.
• Drive portfolio deepening through cross-selling relevant financial products.
• Generate referrals and new business opportunities through existing customers.
• Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Identify early warning signals and escalate potential risks to the reporting manager.
• Ensure quick resolution of customer queries and service-related issues.
• Conduct regular customer visits and maintain effective call discipline.
• Maintain portfolio quality while achieving assigned business and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of customer requirements.

• Experience in Mortgage Home Loan LAP Portfolio Management or Retail Banking.
• Exposure to affordable housing finance will be preferred.
• Strong customer relationship and portfolio management skills.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with field visits and customer interaction.
• Graduate in any discipline.
