Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2 production support ensuring smooth production operations handling incidents and maintaining system stability in a 24x7 support environment.
- Monitor application health logs and alerts to ensure high availability.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement quick fixes/workarounds.
- Troubleshoot issues using SQL queries PL/SQL procedures and Unix commands.
- Execute batch jobs and scripts and validate data integrity across systems.
- Coordinate with L3 Development SMEs and cross-functional teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain proper documentation of incidents fixes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and SLA commitments.
- Proactively identify system issues and recommend improvements to enhance application stability.
