we are seeking a technically skilled and execution-oriented PLC Programmer to work on industrial robotics and customized automation projects.

The candidate will be responsible for PLC programming motion control systems IPC-based automation machine integration and on-site commissioning activities. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in industrial automation systems troubleshooting and machine-level execution.

• Develop test and implement PLC programs for industrial automation and robotic systems
• Configure and program motion control systems including servo drives and multi-axis control
• Work on IPC-based automation platforms such as:
  • Beckhoff
  • B&R
  • Advantech
• Develop structured control logic using TwinCAT or IEC 61131-3 programming environments
• Optimize machine automation performance and control reliability

• Integrate PLC systems with:
  • Servo drives
  • Sensors
  • Actuators
  • Safety systems
  • HMI panels
• Develop communication interfaces between PLCs robots and external devices
• Support complete machine automation from development to commissioning

• Write modify and debug C/C code for customized automation applications
• Develop system-level integration and control logic
• Assist in software enhancements and automation optimization

• Perform machine-level testing troubleshooting and validation
• Diagnose and resolve real-time automation and motion control issues
• Support installation and commissioning activities at customer sites
• Ensure system safety reliability and performance standards

• Prepare PLC documentation I/O mapping and control logic records
• Support the electrical team in control validation and troubleshooting
• Maintain project-related technical documentation and reports

• Strong hands-on experience in:
  • PLC Programming
  • Machine Automation
  • Motion Control Systems
  • Servo Integration
• Experience with:
  • Beckhoff TwinCAT (Preferred)
  • Siemens TIA Portal
  • Mitsubishi PLC
  • B&R / Advantech IPC Platforms
• Knowledge of industrial communication protocols:
  • EtherCAT
  • Modbus
  • Profinet
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of C/C programming
• Ability to read electrical drawings and control schematics
• E-Plan knowledge will be an added advantage
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Willingness to travel for commissioning activities

Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in:

• Mechatronics Engineering
• Instrumentation Engineering
• Automation Engineering
• Electrical Engineering

• Hands-on and execution-focused professional
• Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and under project timelines
• Experience in robotics and smart manufacturing environments preferred
