Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional for the role of Senior Manager Planning to lead project planning scheduling and monitoring activities for large-scale construction and real estate projects. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring timely project execution efficient resource utilization and adherence to budget and quality standards through effective planning and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage detailed project plans schedules and timelines in coordination with project managers and cross-functional stakeholders.
Prepare update and monitor project schedules using MS Project (MSP).
Track project progress identify potential delays or bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions and mitigation strategies.
Coordinate with engineering procurement execution and site teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of activities.
Generate MIS reports dashboards and project progress presentations for management review.
Monitor project budgets cash flow and resource utilization to ensure alignment with financial targets.
Conduct risk analysis and develop contingency plans to minimize project impact.
Liaise with consultants contractors subcontractors and vendors for effective project coordination and timely delivery of materials/services.
Participate in review meetings and maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement in planning systems reporting mechanisms and project control processes.

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of project planning scheduling and project controls.
Expertise in MS Project.
Excellent analytical problem-solving and coordination skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
Proficiency in project tracking budgeting and reporting tools.

Experience & Qualification

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in project planning and scheduling within the construction/real estate industry.
Prior experience in high-rise residential or commercial projects will be preferred.
Strong understanding of construction methodologies project lifecycle and resource planning.
