Key Responsibilities
Employer Partnerships & Job Sourcing
Source and onboard companies actively hiring for digital marketing and related roles.
Identify job opportunities through LinkedIn Naukri company career pages industry networks and other hiring platforms.
Run outreach campaigns through email WhatsApp LinkedIn and calls to generate hiring partnerships.
Build relationships with agencies startups SMEs large enterprises and Fortune 500 companies.
Ensure a steady pipeline of live job opportunities across various functions designations experience levels and salary brackets.
Manage and guide a team responsible for job sourcing and database management.
Handle inbound employer inquiries received through the website official communication channels and social media platforms.
Present IIDEs credentials placement outcomes and student talent pool to prospective hiring partners.
Facilitate agency visits guest lectures hiring drives and employer engagement initiatives for students.
Develop long-term relationships with repeat hiring partners and identify opportunities for bulk hiring requirements.
Market Intelligence & Insights
Set salary benchmarks for IIDE candidates across different roles experience levels and cities.
Analyze hiring trends job descriptions compensation structures and skill requirements prevalent in the market.
Share regular market insights with senior management regarding:
In-demand digital marketing skills
Emerging job roles and hiring trends
Salary benchmarks
Industry demand across functions
Repeat hiring clients
Bulk hiring partners
Talent shortages and opportunities
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Number of new companies onboarded.
Number of live jobs sourced and published.
Number of interviews generated for students.
Number of placement opportunities across salary bands.
Repeat hiring partnerships generated.
Employer engagement initiatives conducted.
