Job Summary
We are hiring experienced Piping Foremen / Charge hands for a leading project in Oman. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in supervising piping installation activities managing site teams and ensuring work is executed according to project specifications and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily piping installation and maintenance activities.
- Read and interpret piping drawings isometric drawings and project specifications.
- Allocate tasks and monitor the performance of pipe fitters welders and helpers.
- Ensure work is completed within project schedules and quality requirements.
- Coordinate with engineers supervisors and other site teams.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
- Monitor material usage and report site progress to management.
- Resolve on-site issues and ensure smooth workflow execution.
Salary: 52000 INR Per Month
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in piping supervision or charge hand roles.
- Ability to read and understand piping drawings and isometrics.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in industrial construction oil & gas or mechanical projects.
- Gulf experience will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.

Required Skills:
25 years of experience in TIG welding. Experience in Stainless Steel TIG Welding is mandatory. Minimum High School qualification. Age between 2045 years. Basic English communication skills preferred. Ability to work in a construction site environment.
