Develop students conceptual understanding and analytical skills. Prepare students effectively for CBSE Board examinations. Conduct regular tests and evaluate student performance. Provide academic guidance and support during evening preparatory classes. Mentor students and address their academic requirements. Participate in PTMs examinations school events and co-curricular activities. Maintain accurate academic records and contribute to departmental planning. Desired Skills Excellent knowledge of Political Science and the CBSE curriculum. Strong analytical communication and presentation skills. Excellent classroom management abilities. Required Education:

Qualifications & ExperienceMasters Degree in Political Science or a relevant discipline. . is Mandatory. 25 years of experience as a PGT Political Science Teacher in a CBSE school. Experience teaching Classes 1112 and preparing students for Board examinations. Experience in a boarding/residential school will be preferred. Female candidates preferred as per the requirement.
