Job Summary

Responsibilities/Authorities

Prioritizes the cases according to day zero and seriousness and ensures the cases are completed according to the timelines mentioned in SWIs/SOPs/Manuals.
Download of Health authority cases.
Performs pre-triage triage and case registration activities as per client SOP/Manuals/Job Aid.
Checks validation rule for any special timeline submission for the respective case.
Reconciliation activities performed as applicable.
To carry out other responsibilities as and when assigned by his/her supervisor and managers.
Provides training/mentoring to the team members when applicable.

Educational and Experience Requirements

Qualified with a minimum of a graduation degree from University in a life science field.
