Key Responsibilities:
- Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness.
- Prepare and dispense medications accurately and efficiently.
- Counsel patients on medication use side effects and adherence.
- Maintain accurate records of medications and patient profiles.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement pharmaceutical care plans.
- Monitor and manage inventory of medications and supplies.
- Provide education and support regarding health and wellness initiatives.
- Stay updated on new medications therapies and ongoing clinical studies.

Skills and Tools Required:
- Bachelors degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD).
- Current pharmacist license for the relevant state.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacology therapeutics and drug interactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using pharmacy management software and electronic health records (EHR).
