Position: Pharma Telecaller
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls for the online store.
- Take confirm and follow up on customer orders.
- Assist customers with product-related queries orders availability and delivery updates.
- Coordinate with store warehouse & delivery teams.
- Maintain daily call/order reports.
- Provide good customer service and achieve assigned targets.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum Graduate.
- Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English.
- Basic computer & MS Excel knowledge.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in tele calling/customer support experience preferred.
