Job Summary
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver highquality Physics instruction to undergraduate students (PGT level) following the institutes curriculum and academic standards.
- Design develop and update lecture notes lab manuals and assessment materials to ensure alignment with current scientific developments.
- Conduct practical laboratory sessions supervise experiments and ensure safety protocols are strictly followed.
- Assess student performance through assignments quizzes midterms and finals; provide constructive feedback and mentorship.
- Participate in departmental meetings curriculum review committees and academic planning activities.
- Engage in continuous professional development activities research and publications to enhance academic reputation.
- Contribute to student counseling career guidance and extracurricular scientific activities such as workshops and seminars.
Essential Qualifications
- Masters degree (.) or higher in Physics from a recognized university.
- Clearance of National Eligibility Test (NET) / GATE / CSIR or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Strong grasp of core Physics concepts modern developments and teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and inspire undergraduate students.
Desired Experience
- At least 24 years of teaching experience at the postgraduate (PGT) or graduate level in reputable colleges or universities.
- Experience in designing and conducting laboratory experiments and practical sessions.
- Track record of scholarly work such as research papers conference presentations or contributions to academic publications.
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools LMS platforms and virtual classroom environments.
