Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Plan deliver and assess Physics lessons for classes XI and XII in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
- Foster a stimulating learning environment that encourages critical thinking and scientific inquiry.
- Prepare weekly monthly and termtime examinations assignments and project work; evaluate and provide constructive feedback.
- Mentor and guide students for competitive examinations (e.g. JEE NEETPhysics) and extracurricular science events.
- Participate in school development programmes faculty meetings and continuous professional development workshops.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance academic progress and classroom activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues from other departments to organise interdisciplinary projects and schoolwide events.
- Uphold the values and ethos of Adani Vidya Mandir acting as a role model for students and peers.
Essential Qualifications
- Masters degree (.) in Physics or an equivalent postgraduate qualification.
- Qualified Teacher Education (.) or an equivalent teaching certification recognized by the CBSE.
- Clearance of the Central Teachers Eligibility Test (CTET) or State Teacher Eligibility Test (STET) is preferred.
- Strong grasp of the CBSE Physics syllabus and assessment patterns.
