Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Design develop and update course curricula for postgraduate commerce programs ensuring alignment with academic standards and industry trends.
- Deliver engaging lectures seminars and tutorials both inperson and via virtual platforms.
- Guide and mentor students on research projects dissertations and professional development.
- Assess student performance through assignments examinations and projects providing constructive feedback.
- Participate in departmental meetings curriculum review committees and accreditation activities.
- Engage in scholarly research publish findings in peerreviewed journals and present at conferences.
- Collaborate with industry partners to integrate realworld case studies and internship opportunities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching methodologies and assessment strategies.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachlor of Education () and Masters degree in Commerce Business Administration Finance or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in one or more commerce specializations (e.g. Accounting Marketing International Business Financial Management).
- Strong academic record with a proven track record of research and publications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi is a plus.
- Ability to use digital learning tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS) effectively.
Desired Experience
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience at postgraduate level (PGT) in recognized CBSE Schools.
- Experience in curriculum design academic administration and student mentorship.
- Industry experience or consultancy background in commercerelated sectors is advantageous.
- Evidence of successful research projects conference presentations or publications.
