Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging Chemistry lessons aligned with the CBSEcurriculum and board standards.
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans laboratory experiments and assessment tools.
- Conduct practical lab sessions ensuring safety protocols and proper use of equipment.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments quizzes and examinations; provide constructive feedback.
- Mentor and guide students for competitive exams such as JEE NEET and other entrance tests.
- Participate in faculty meetings professional development workshops and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance grades and student progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and extracurricular activities.
- Uphold the institutes values of academic excellence integrity and student empowerment.
Essential Qualifications
- Masters degree (.) in Chemistry from a recognized university.
- Qualified Teacher Training (. or PGTC) or equivalent certification.
- Strong knowledge of the latest Chemistry syllabus and examination patterns.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in using digital teaching aids and virtual labs.
Desired Experience
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level (Classes XI & XII).
- Experience in conducting practical laboratory sessions and managing a chemistry lab.
- Demonstrated track record of improving student academic performance.
- Experience mentoring students for competitive examinations is an advantage.
