Job Description

We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft QA/Test Lead with 8 10 years of experience in testing Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM implementations enhancements upgrades and integrations. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Project Costing (PC) Contracts (CA) Billing (BI) Accounts Receivable (AR) and General Ledger (GL) along with extensive experience validating end-to-end business processes across the Order-to-Cash (O2C) / Project-to-Cash lifecycle.

The candidate will be responsible for planning executing and coordinating testing activities ensuring data integrity validating financial transactions and delivering high-quality solutions across multiple integrated systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and execute test cases for Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM modules including:
  • Project Costing (PC)
  • Contracts (CA)
  • Billing (BI)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • General Ledger (GL)
• Perform end-to-end testing of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Project-to-Cash business lifecycle.
• Validate business processes including project creation contracts billing receivables and GL postings.
• Conduct integration testing across PeopleSoft Salesforce middleware and other enterprise applications.
• Validate inter-module integrations across PC CA BI AR and GL.
• Ensure data integrity reconciliation and audit compliance across interfaces and integrated systems.
• Develop and maintain testing artifacts including:
  • Test Strategy
  • Test Plan
  • Test Scenarios
  • Test Scripts
  • Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM)
• Lead and coordinate SIT UAT Regression Testing and Post-Production Validation.
• Validate financial transactions including revenue recognition invoicing accounting entries and General Ledger postings.
• Perform data migration validation reconciliation and audit verification.
• Manage defect lifecycle using tools such as JIRA Azure DevOps (ADO) or HP ALM.
• Collaborate closely with developers functional consultants business users and project stakeholders.
• Prepare test execution reports defect summaries quality metrics and audit documentation.
• Support root cause analysis defect retesting and production validation.

Required Skills

• 8 10 years of experience in PeopleSoft QA and testing.
• Strong expertise in Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2.
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Project Costing (PC)
  • Contracts (CA)
  • Billing (BI)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • General Ledger (GL)
• Experience testing Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Project-to-Cash business processes.
• Strong experience in integration testing across PeopleSoft Salesforce middleware and enterprise applications.
• Expertise in data migration testing reconciliation and validation.
• Experience creating comprehensive test documentation including Test Plans Test Strategies RTM and Test Scripts.
• Hands-on experience managing SIT UAT Regression Testing and Production Validation.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting processes and transaction validation.
• Experience with defect management tools such as JIRA HP ALM or Azure DevOps.
• Strong analytical troubleshooting communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PeopleSoft Enterprise Services Automation (ESA).
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft Integration Broker and enterprise integrations.
• Exposure to automation testing tools.
• Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.
• Understanding of financial compliance and audit processes.
