We areseekinga proactive and experiencedPeople SystemsProgram Managerto join our dynamicPeopleTeam. This role is crucial for supporting ourPeoplesystems and enhancementsandrequires 5 7 years of hand-on experiencewith large HCM platforms and otherHRsystems. As a self-starter you willbe responsible forboth the daily support and the strategic improvement of ourPeopleTeam technology acting as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to drive successful outcomes.

Your Impact

AsthePeople SystemsProgram Manager you will play a pivotal role in shaping andoptimizingourPeoplesystems and processes. Your work will directly contribute to the successful delivery ofPeople systemsinitiatives improve user experience and ensure ourPeopleplatformsevolve to meet business needs. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by transforming business requirements into effective scalablesolutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver the cross-functional People systems roadmap directly enabling the success of the People and IT teams. Design and manage a centralized intake and prioritization process for all system enhancement requests owning this significant process within the People teams project structure.
  • Proactively identify and solve People systems and data problems before they impact other your deepexpertisein HR processes and systems to translate vague requirements into practical innovative solutions and clear functional specifications for the configuration team.
  • Partner with People Team stakeholders to gather requirements for new and existing systems enhancements and reports while ensuring People data integrity and governance.
  • Coordinate and supportimplementationandmanagement ofourPeople systemsandrelatedinternaltools.
  • Train end users and create collateralto target audiences
  • Support andmaintaincompliance activities by ensuring HR data system configurations and business processes align with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and support release cycles including analyzing new features andadvisingPeopleTeamleaders and functional SMEson potentialbenefits and considerations.

Your Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experiencein an HRIS Peopletechnology or related Program Management role.
  • Demonstrated ability to own and deliver cross-functional projects from start to finish influencing peers and stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Sought out for your ability to resolve ambiguity and proactivelyidentifyand solve complex problems before they escalate.
  • Experience acting as an autonomous owner of project deliverables and mentoring junior team members.
  • Strong experience with a major HCM platformand a deep understanding of core HR business processes.
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and system specifications.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to serve as a trusted and influential voice in planning discussions.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours to ensure overlap with the time zone.
